Products: Rooftop sprinkler kits and related accessories (the “Products”).

By accessing the Site or purchasing/using our Products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Products.

1) Safety & Critical Disclaimers (Read First)

  • NOT A FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM. The Products are sprinklers only and a minor, optional component of a comprehensive wildfire preparedness plan (defensible space, hardened vents, compliant roofing, evacuation planning, etc.).
  • NO GUARANTEES. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES—EXPRESS OR IMPLIED—THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL PREVENT IGNITION, DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF ANY PROPERTY OR LIFE. WILDFIRE BEHAVIOR IS UNPREDICTABLE.
  • FOLLOW OFFICIAL GUIDANCE. Always follow directions from fire authorities and utilities. Some jurisdictions prohibit or discourage running sprinklers during incidents due to system water pressure needs.
  • EVACUATE EARLY. Do not delay evacuation to deploy, adjust, or monitor any equipment.
  • WATER SOURCE. Product performance depends on water availability/pressure. If you use an independent source (e.g., tank/pool) and a suitable pump, verify compatibility and capacity with a qualified professional.
  • INSTALLATION. Improper installation/use can create hazards (falls, leaks, roof damage, electrical risk). Use at your own risk. Consider hiring a licensed professional.

2) Eligibility

You must be of legal age and able to form a binding contract to purchase.

3) Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices, taxes, shipping, and availability are subject to change without notice. We may reject or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud). Payments are processed by third-party processors; we do not store full payment card numbers.

4) Shipping; Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier. Inspect shipments upon arrival.

5) Returns & Warranty (Customize)

  • Returns: [30-day return window] on unused items in original packaging; customer pays return shipping; 10% restocking fee may apply.
  • Limited Warranty: Products are provided “AS IS” except for 10-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, misuse, improper installation, modification, and cosmetic issues are excluded.

6) Installation & Use

You are solely responsible for assessing roof condition, structural loads, water/plumbing compatibility, and local code compliance. Use only as instructed. Do not operate in a manner that could endanger people, pets, or property.

7) Regulatory & Local Compliance

You must comply with all applicable laws, codes, HOA/insurance requirements, and directives from fire/utility authorities. The Products do not replace code-required fire protection systems.

8) No Professional Advice

Any guidance on the Site is for general information only and is not professional, engineering, or safety advice.

9) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, photos, videos) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

10) User Content & Reviews

If you post a review or upload content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for marketing and operational purposes. Do not post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

11) Third-Party Links

Links to third-party sites (e.g., manufacturers, safety resources) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12) Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW OR EXPRESSLY STATED HERE, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES; THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS; LOSS OF DATA; PROPERTY DAMAGE; PERSONAL INJURY; OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS/SERVICES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS, THE SITE, OR THESE TERMS—EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE.

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Red Flag Ready and its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use, installation, or misuse of the Products or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., disasters, fires, wars, strikes, supply chain disruptions, utility failures).

16) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue: state or federal courts in [San Luis Obispo County, CA] (unless you opt for small-claims court).

17) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new Effective Date. Your continued use indicates acceptance.
